1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing semestakecil.com or contacting us via the WhatsApp waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. About the service
Semesta Kecil is a holistic daycare & preschool in Ampera, South Jakarta for children ages 1–4. This website provides program information and facilitates waitlist reservations. Information on the site is general and is not a formal enrollment contract.
3. Waitlist reservation via WhatsApp
WhatsApp waitlist reservation is not financially binding and does not guarantee a slot. We will respond with information about visit schedules, availability, and next steps. Formal enrollment (if applicable) will be explained separately and may require additional documents and consent.
4. Parent responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information when contacting us. False or misleading information may result in waitlist rejection. You must also maintain confidentiality of personal communications and not misuse our contact channels.
5. Program information
Program details, operating hours, fees, facilities, and internal policies may change. Information on the website and WhatsApp is informational and will be confirmed during the reservation or visit process. We strive to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free.
6. Intellectual property
All site content — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Semesta Kecil or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or using content for commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is.” Semesta Kecil is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site. We do not guarantee the site will always be available without interruption. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law.
8. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved through discussion; if unresolved, disputes will be settled in the competent courts of South Jakarta.
